Save postage and improve turnaround time by submitting all your survey review requests from the safety and comfort of your home or office. Please visit our On-Line Public Portal.
Register an account and log in. To Submit a Survey Review, click on Create and select Create Development Application. Read and accept the Disclaimer. Click on Development and select Survey Review. You will be able to create the application and upload the documents. We will review the application and invoice the fees. You will receive notification when the fees are invoiced and you may log on and pay them on-line.
Alert:
All correspondence must include the SRV number that is created when a map is submitted.
